Daniel H. Fuller joined Arnold Mill Elementary School as Principal in August of 2015. He has been working in education for 18 years. His educational career began at Teasley Middle School as a special education teacher before being named Assistant Principal at Chapman Intermediate School. Mr. Fuller loves his job and views the work as a calling rather than a profession. Mr. Fuller grew up in Melbourne Beach, Florida, and attended the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida for his undergraduate work – Go Gators! Mr. Fuller lives in Ball Ground, Georgia and is married with two children. Mr. Fuller enjoys spending time with family, salt-water fishing, gardening, landscaping and working on home projects.

Abbey Philpot began her teaching career in Collier County Public Schools, located in Naples, Florida, where she taught for seven years at the elementary and middle school levels. When she and her husband relocated to Cherokee County, she was hired at Chapman Intermediate School where she taught mathematics for two years. Her first administrative assignment was at Little River Elementary where she served as the Assistant Principal responsible for curriculum and instruction, instructional schedules, and support services such as the Early Intervention Program (EIP), English Speakers of other Languages (ESOL), and Response to Intervention (RTI). Mrs. Philpot began the 2015-2016 school year as an Assistant Principal at Hasty Elementary School and Fine Arts Academy where she gained further insight to the structures of teaching, learning, and leadership in a Title I school. In November 2015, Mrs. Philpot was appointed the Principal of Clayton Elementary and truly enjoyed serving the staff and students of the Clayton community for the three years. Mrs. Philpot is thrilled to be at Arnold Mill Elementary and is deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the children. She truly believes that a school culture is very much shaped by the collaborative effort of all stakeholders including students, staff, administration, and community!

Lea Campos is humbled to be joining Arnold Mill Elementary School! She has previously served as a middle school assistant principal. Prior to being an administrator, Dr. Campos spent 10 years in the classroom as a middle school teacher teaching 7th and 8th grades in English Language Arts and Social Studies.
Dr. Campos was born and grew up in New York, but she has been in Cherokee County for over two decades. She has built her career and family here. Dr. Campos is passionate about her profession and graduated with a doctorate degree from Kennesaw State University with a specialist in Educational Leadership. She is married to Thiago, whom she met at Woodstock High School, and has two daughters, Elliana and Emilia. She spends lots of time with her family who all live close by!
Dr. Campos is excited to be at Arnold Mill. She is a teacher at heart and always wants to be a positive influence in her students' lives. She believes that strong partnerships with family and community help make a school a safe place for students to learn and to grow.
