Celebrating Our 2024 Teachers of the Year: Arnold Mill ES!

In honor of Teacher Appreciation Month, we’re celebrating a school 2024 Teacher of the Year each day!  Special Education teacher Allison Buzeta, a 20-year educator, is the Teacher of the Year for Arnold Mill Elementary School. 

“Instead of seeing the challenges of a student with learning disabilities, she embraces them and adapts her curriculum as well as her instructional methods without compromising her students’ needs.  She brings a joy of learning to her classroom, and you can see the results in how engaged her students are in their lessons,” a fellow teacher shared.  “As a teacher, Allison not only uplifts the students in her classroom, but also the members of her team and school.  Allison is one of the most supportive colleagues I have encountered in my profession.  She is a role model not just for me, but to our entire team.”
