Friends Club | 4-5; Application Process | Ms. Burden | Deadline for application TBA. Applications are outside Ms. Burden’s room. Meetings will be once a month from August -May on select day from 2:30-3:15. | Friends Club is an opportunity for group of general education students to take the time to help students with exceptionalities at Arnold Mill Elementary. |
Garden Club | 4-5 | Ms. Forward | Applications TBA; Limit is 20 students. Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 2:30-4:00. Meetings begin on late August for introductions. | Encourages students to become stewards of the land around them, their school, and their own backyard. |

Orffestra | 4 and 5; 3rd if space permits | Ms. Shiver | Orffestra online sign-ups will take place in early January. No auditions required. The only requirement is a previous history of responsible usage of instruments during regular music class. Meetings are January-March once a week from 2:30-3:30 p.m. | The purpose of this group is to enhance performance on “ORFF” mallet and percussion instruments through creating, performing, and responding to music while connecting the world of music to other areas of learning and personal endeavors. |

Applications in December; Meets weekly from January to March. | Promote interest in science by challenging students to cooperate and work with others while solving science related problems. District competition to be held on Saturday, March 18 at River Ridge High School. |

Applications for STEM club will be available after the first week of school. Participation in the club requires a project submission to the CCSD Technology Fair. Monthly meetings will be held once a month at 2:45 in the Media Center until January. Application deadline TBA. | Prepare students for the school district Technology Fair – an annual student technology competition produced by the Georgia Educational Technology Consortium. The competition is virtual and will be held around February. Projects are due in January. |
